## Description

２つのベクトルで各成分の一番小さな値を使用してベクトルを作成します

```	var a : Vector3 = Vector3 (1, 2, 3);
var b : Vector3 = Vector3 (4, 3, 2);
print (Vector3.Min(a,b)); // prints (1.0,2.0,2.0)
```
