Parameters

handle Safety handle.
allowReadWriteAccess Use false to disallow read or write access, or true otherwise.

Description

Lets you prevent read or write access on the atomic safety handle.

For example when a buffer references other data that becomes invalid, then often the only legal thing left to do is to dispose the buffer.
