A package draft is a version of your package before you submit it to the Asset StoreA growing library of free and commercial assets created by Unity and members of the community. See in Glossary. At a minimum, a draft represents the information on the Create new package page, but it can also include the AssetsAny media or data that can be used in your game or Project. An asset may come from a file created outside of Unity, such as a 3D model, an audio file or an image. You can also create some asset types in Unity, such as an Animator Controller, an Audio Mixer or a Render Texture. More info

To create a new draft:
Open the Asset Store Publisher portal and navigate to the Packages tab.
Click Create New Package to create a package draft.
The Create new package page appears.
You can fill out the package details before or after you add your Assets to the package draft.
When you have a package draft, you can add and upload your Assets to it.
