    Manage your account

After signing in to the Unity Hub, select the avatar in the top bar of the Hub window (the avatar is your initials or display picture in a circle) to open a dropdown menu with more options.

    The Profile settings dropdown menu

This page details what options the account dropdown menu contains.

    Account Settings

You can use Account settings to manage your personal information, privacy and security. You can also manage your organization's seats and redeem product codes here.

    Developer Dashboard

The Developer Dashboard is how you access Unity Gaming Services. Through this, you can build, grow, and monetize your projects. For more information, go to the Introduction to the Unity Dashboard page.

    Manage licenses

This directs you to the Settings window where you can view, update, add, and return your Unity licenses. You can find more information on the Licenses page.

    Manage organizations

Select Manage organizations to view your current Unity organizations and details about them and to add new ones. For more general information about organizations, go to the Unity organizations documentation page.

    Account help

If you select Account help, you're directed to a webpage that displays the most frequently asked questions about user accounts. If you can't find your problem in the list, you can use the search bar at the top right of the page or select the Submit a request button at the right of the header to get help from Unity Customer Service.

    Send Feedback

To send feedback about a Unity product, do the following:

    1. Select Send feedback, which takes you to an external webpage.
    2. Scroll down to the Helpful Links section.
    3. Select Submit a new idea! This opens a window.
    4. Rate your idea on its level of importance.
    5. Write a description.
    6. Enter your email address.

Unity considers these ideas for the product roadmap.

    Troubleshooting

The Troubleshooting option opens up another dropdown menu to help with any issues you might have.

    Go to Hub release notes

This opens a What's new page for the Hub release that details bug fixes and improvements that might affect your experience with the Unity Hub.

    Go to Hub documentation

This opens the Hub documentation site that you are currently reading, which documents the entire Hub. You can use the Table of contents on the left side of the window to navigate or use the search bar to enter keywords related to your issue.

    Open a log folder

This automatically opens the window in which your machine stores your logs locally. If you have extensive use history with the Unity Hub, the Hub numbers these log files, but the current log is always named info-log.json.

    Report bug

This option opens a window called the Unity Hub Bug Reporter. Enter your email address, and fill in the available fields. You can attach relevant files, screenshots, and videos to provide data about any issue you encounter. The Hub automatically adds Editor logs (Editor-prev.log, Editor.log, upm.log), Hub logs (info-log.json) and Licensing Client logs (Unity.Licensing.Client.log) to the report.

    The bug reporter window

    Sign in/ Sign out

If you have a Unity ID, select Sign In. The Unity Hub opens a sign-in page in your default web browser.

If you don't have a Unity ID, select Create account and follow the prompts to create one. For more information about accounts and subscriptions, see Unity Organizations.

When you sign in, your web browser redirects you back to the Hub. (If prompted, select Open Unity Hub.)

To sign out of the Hub, select Sign Out.
