Manage your account
After signing in to the Unity Hub, select the avatar in the top bar of the Hub window (the avatar is your initials or display picture in a circle) to open a dropdown menu with more options. This page details what options the account dropdown menu contains.
Manage account
Select Manage account to manage your personal information, privacy and security in the Unity Dashboard. You can also use the Dashboard manage your organization's seats and redeem product codes.
The Developer Dashboard is how you access Unity Gaming Services. Through this, you can build, grow, and monetize your projects. For more information, refer to Introduction to the Unity Dashboard.
Manage organizations
Select Manage organizations to display and configure your Unity organizations. For more information about managing and using organizations in the Unity Hub, refer to Manage organizations. For more information about organizations refer to Unity organizations .
Send Feedback
To send feedback about a Unity product, do the following:
- Select Send feedback, which takes you to an external webpage.
- Scroll down to the Helpful Links section.
- Select Submit a new idea!.
- In the window that appears, rate your idea on its level of importance.
- Write a description.
- Enter your email address.
Unity considers these ideas for the product roadmap.
Help and Support
Select Help and Support to open a dropdown menu where you can find helpful information for any issues you might have.
Account help
Select Account help to open a webpage that displays the most frequently asked questions about user accounts. If you can't find your problem in the list, use the search bar or select Submit a request to get help from Unity Customer Service.
Go to Hub release notes
This opens a What's new page for the Hub release that details bug fixes and improvements that might affect your experience with the Unity Hub.
Go to Hub documentation
This opens the Hub documentation site that you are currently reading, which documents the entire Hub. You can use the Table of contents on the left side of the window to navigate or use the search bar to enter keywords related to your issue.
Open a log folder
This automatically opens the window in which your machine stores your logs locally. If you have extensive use history with the Unity Hub, the Hub numbers these log files, but the current log is always named info-log.json.
Report bug
This option opens a window called the Unity Hub Bug Reporter. Enter your email address, and fill in the available fields. You can attach relevant files, screenshots, and videos to provide data about any issue you encounter. The Hub automatically adds Editor logs (Editor-prev.log, Editor.log, upm.log), Hub logs (info-log.json) and Licensing Client logs (Unity.Licensing.Client.log) to the report.

Sign in/ Sign out
If you have a Unity ID, select Sign In. The Unity Hub opens a sign-in page in your default web browser.
If you don't have a Unity ID, select Create account and follow the prompts to create one. For more information about accounts and subscriptions, see Unity Organizations.
When you sign in, your web browser redirects you back to the Hub. (If prompted, select Open Unity Hub.)
To sign out of the Hub, select Sign Out.
