    Creating and sculpting hair

    There's no single way to create and groom hair. Here is a suggested workflow that takes you through the grooming tools:

    1. Create hair/fur on your model.
    2. Set the hair density; that is, how much hair appears where on the model.
    3. Cut the hair to the desired length
    4. Groom the hair into the desired shape, by doing one or more of the following:
      • Bend the hair.
      • Brush it into shape with the comb tools.
      • Clump the hair.
      • Create field curves to control the hair.
      • Use wires as control curves to set the local hair shape.

    Once you've created the hair on your model, you can use any of the Wig tools to edit it.
