Creating and sculpting hair
There's no single way to create and groom hair. Here is a suggested workflow that takes you through the grooming tools:
- Create hair/fur on your model.
- Set the hair density; that is, how much hair appears where on the model.
- Cut the hair to the desired length
- Groom the hair into the desired shape, by doing one or more of the following:
- Bend the hair.
- Brush it into shape with the comb tools.
- Clump the hair.
- Create field curves to control the hair.
- Use wires as control curves to set the local hair shape.
Once you've created the hair on your model, you can use any of the Wig tools to edit it.
