Unity 애니메이션 시스템은 휴머노이드 캐릭터를 사용하여 작업할 수 있도록 특별한 기능을 제공합니다. 휴머노이드 캐릭터는 게임에서 매우 흔하게 사용되므로, Unity는 휴머노이드 애니메이션에 적합한 전문 워크플로와 광범위한 툴 세트를 제공합니다.
아바타 시스템을 통해 Unity는 레이아웃에서 특정 애니메이션화된 모델이 휴머노이드임을 식별하고 모델의 어느 부분이 다리, 팔, 머리, 몸통에 해당하는지 식별합니다.
여러 휴머노이드 캐릭터의 뼈대 구조가 유사하여 애니메이션을 휴머노이드 캐릭터 간에 매핑할 수 있으므로 리타게팅 과 역운동학(IK) 이 지원됩니다.
