Create vines that follow a guide

You can use vines or branches as guides that other vines follow.

To set up a guide:

1. Add a generator (typically a Vine or Branch generator).
2. Make a geometry force from the generator.
3. In Freehand Mode, hand-draw a node or convert a node to hand-drawn to use as your guide.

To use the guide:

1. Add a Vine generator.
2. Position the vines close to the guide. >[!TIP] >Position the vines using the Vine generator properties or with a direction or magnet force.
3. Enable the geometry force from the guide in the Vine generator properties.
4. Adjust the Vine generator properties to achieve the desired shape, especially the following:
   • Geometry Force Crawling
   • Droop
   • Forces
