터레인 시스템은 올바르게 작동하도록 하기 위해 Unity 엔진 리소스를 사용합니다. 씬에 하나 이상의 터레인 인스턴스가 있고 빌드의 일부인 경우 Unity는 이러한 리소스를 플레이어 빌드에 포함합니다. 런타임에만 터레인을 동적으로 생성하는 경우 빌드에 플레이스홀더로 Terrain 컴포넌트가 있어야 합니다. 해당 터레인 인스턴스를 비활성화(인스펙터(Inspector) 창의 터레인 이름 옆에 있는 상자를 선택 해제)하고 게임 또는 앱에서 로드하지 않는 씬에 배치할 수 있습니다.
