가능하다면 환불 대신 고객의 문제를 해결하기 위해 도움을 주십시오. 환불이 불가피한 경우 다음 절차를 통해 고객의 환불 요청을 에셋 스토어에 제출해야 합니다.

퍼블리셔 관리 페이지에 로그인합니다.
청구서 확인 탭을 이용하여 청구서를 확인합니다.
확인 후, 퍼블리셔 계정에 연계된 이메일 주소로 assetstore@unity3d.com에 이메일을 보냅니다. 반드시 청구서 또는 청구서 번호를 제공해야 합니다.
다음은 환불 요청 이메일 템플릿입니다.
