アセットストアのパブリッシャーは、アセットストアプロバイダー契約に則り、パブリッシュ済みの全アセットのサポートを提供する義務があります。
ユーザーがあなたに連絡するために、あなたの e メールアドレスが必要になります。これは、あなたの Publisher Administration アカウントの Info タブに入力する必要があります。
ユーザーからのサポートの要望に対して専門的な態度で処理してください。顧客サポートの要望に対するパブリッシャーの対応に関して苦情が報告された場合は、Unity Asset Store のパブリッシャーとして適正であるかどうかをレビューする場合があります。この件も Asset Store プロバイダー契約に記載されています。
