Description

Updates the BuildHistory incrementally, detecting build directories that have been added or removed on disk.

This is useful when build folders have been added or removed externally, such as when downloading additional builds. Existing cached build metadata is assumed to be unchanged. Use BuildHistory.RefreshFull to force a complete reload.
