lhs Left hand side float3x3 to use to compute componentwise not equal.
rhs Right hand side float3x3 to use to compute componentwise not equal.

bool3x3 bool3x3 result of the componentwise not equal.

Returns the result of a componentwise not equal operation on two float3x3 matrices.
