view The HierarchyView that fired the event.
oldHierarchy The previous source Hierarchy.Hierarchy.
newHierarchy The current source Hierarchy.Hierarchy.
defaultFlags The default flags used to initialize new nodes.

Delegate type used to handle HierarchyView.SourceHierarchyChanging event.
