Set this flag to mark this RenderTexture for Dynamic Resolution should the target platform/graphics API support Dynamic Resolution.

This flag is mutually exclusive with RenderTextureCreationFlags.DynamicallyScalableExplicit. Refer to ScalableBufferManager for more details.
