Unity raises this event when CustomRenderTexture.Update is called.

Use this event to keep track of CustomRenderTexture updates. This is useful if you are writing your own CustomRenderTexture update loop. See Also: Rendering.GraphicsSettings.disableBuiltinCustomRenderTextures.
