新しい VRPN 入力エントリを追加します。
パラメーターは "Project Setting > Cluster Input" で入力を追加する方法と同じです。アプリケーションセッションの有効期間だけ有効なこのメソッドを介して追加する入力エントリ。追加したエントリは "Project Setting > Cluster Input" を介して追加されたそれらのような保持はされません。
