Shader Model 5.0 レベルのシェーダーでこのレンダーテクスチャにランダムアクセス書き込みを有効にします。
Shader Model 5.0 レベルのピクセルやコンピュートシェーダーは UsingDX11GL3Features で "順序なしアクセスビュー" と呼ばれるいくつかのテクスチャの任意の場所に書くことができます。この機能を有効にするレンダーテクスチャを作成する前にこのフラグを設定します。
テクスチャでこのフラグが設定されたとき、シェーダーの中のひとつの RWTexture* リソースとして書き込むことができます。さらに Graphics.SetRandomWriteTarget を使用してピクセルシェーダーのランダムアクセス書き込みターゲットとして設定できます。
