Steamworks API package
The Steamworks API package provides a C# interface for Valve's Steamworks SDK. Use this package to integrate Steamworks features, such as achievements, leaderboards, and networking, into your Unity project that you build for the Steam platform. Accessing Steamworks features directly through C# in the Unity environment eliminates the need to write custom integration code.
You can use the Steamworks API package when you build for Windows, macOS, and Linux. In Unity 6000.7 and later, you can also use the package with the Steam build target in the Unity Editor. The package doesn't include the Steamworks SDK libraries. You must download the SDK separately.
Note
Use of this package requires a basic understanding of how development for the Steam platform works. Additionally, you need familiarity with asynchronous programming in C# to handle callbacks and call results.
