Method Mod

Mod(TensorInt, TensorInt, TensorInt)

Performs an element-wise Mod math operation: f(a, b) = a % b.

The sign of the remainder is the same as the sign of the divisor, as in Python.

This supports numpy-style broadcasting of input tensors.
