    Enum UpscalerResolutionMode

    Selects how an upscaler's render resolution is determined. Only meaningful for upscalers that expose a quality mode (hasQualityMode); upscalers without one always behave as CustomScaling.

    Namespace: UnityEngine.Rendering
    Assembly: Unity.RenderPipelines.Core.Runtime.dll
    Syntax
    public enum UpscalerResolutionMode

    Fields

    Name Description
    CustomScaling

    The pipeline drives the render resolution — via render scale, dynamic resolution (adaptive or forced), or a custom scale — and the upscaler only constrains it to the hard minResolution/ maxResolution limits it supports (no clamp at all when it has no quality mode). This is the "dynamic / driven" mode, as opposed to the fixed QualityMode.

    QualityMode

    The upscaler's quality preset determines a single fixed render resolution (for example a "Quality" preset, or a 1:1 native preset). The pipeline renders at that resolution; any pipeline-level scaling (render scale or dynamic resolution) is ignored for the camera.
