Remarks

This is the module counterpart of GoogleSheetsExtension. The upgrade wizard copies one onto each converted collection that synced with a sheet, and the collection's context menu uses it to push and pull through GoogleSheetsResource.

RemoveMissingPulledKeys	When true, pulling removes keys that are not in the sheet.
SheetId	The sheet (spreadsheet tab) to sync with.
SheetsServiceProvider	The service provider that authenticates against Google.
SpreadsheetId	The id of the spreadsheet to sync with.
