The force the suspension spring applied along the suspension axis during the last simulation step, usually in newtons. A positive value pushes body B towards a greater suspension translation and a negative value towards a smaller one. This is zero when the spring is disabled. Unlike the current constraint force, it excludes the force from the suspension limits.
