Parameters

Parameter Description
value The value referenced by the singular or plural words.
pluralWordsCount The number of plural words available.

Returns

int The zero-based index of the plural word to use.

Description

Determines which singular or plural word to use for a given quantity. This allows each language to define its own behavior for singular or plural words.
