flags The flags to exclude when enumerating hierarchy nodes.

Returns

HierarchyViewModelNodesEnumerable An enumerable that iterates over all nodes that do not have all of the specified flags set.

Description

Gets an enumerable of all hierarchy nodes that do not have all of the specified flags set.
