Floating-point Compare Equal to zero (vector). This instruction compares each floating-point value from the first source SIMD&FP registerand if the value is equal to zero sets every bit of the corresponding vector element in the destination SIMD&FP register to one, otherwise sets every bit of the corresponding vector element in the destination SIMD&FP register to zero. Equivalent instruction: FCMEQ Hd,Hn,#0
