Parameter Description
a The first object identifier to compare.
b The second object identifier to compare.

Returns

bool True if the two object identifiers are equal. Otherwise, false.

Description

Returns true if the ObjectIdentifiers are the same.

Internal use only. See ObjectIdentifier.
