Description

Gets the parent HierarchyNode that accepts the new nodes from the drag and drop operation. This is either the parent of the HierarchyViewDragAndDropHandlingData.Target, or the HierarchyViewDragAndDropHandlingData.Target itself if HierarchyViewDragAndDropHandlingData.DropPosition is DragAndDropPosition.OverItem.
