The Camera to use when rendering EditorTool handles in this window.

Implementors are responsible for creating, owning, and destroying this Camera. Depending on the overlays layout, the Editor Tools framework may modify the Camera.pixelRect of this camera at the start of the owner window's tool GUI loop and restore it at the end of it.
