lhs Left hand side int2x3 to use to compute componentwise not equal.
rhs Right hand side int2x3 to use to compute componentwise not equal.

Returns

bool2x3 bool2x3 result of the componentwise not equal.

Description

Returns the result of a componentwise not equal operation on two int2x3 matrices.
