colDesc The HierarchyViewColumnDescriptor to validate.

Returns

bool Returns true if this cell descriptor has the same column identifier as the ColDesc parameter. Otherwise, returns false.

Description

Validates that a HierarchyViewColumnDescriptor is valid for this cell descriptor.
