Parameter Description
filePath Path to GraphicsTextureCollection serialized file.

Description

Create a GraphicsStateCollection populated with contents of a file, or empty.

Note: On the Web platform, you can’t load a GraphicsStateCollection from a file because the platform doesn’t support it.
