Add comments to graphs

Annotate graphs with comments for better collaboration and understanding.

While you work, you might want to leave comments to yourself or your collaborators. Add a sticky note to the graph to annotate your thoughts.

Create a sticky note

To create a sticky note:

1. Right-click on the canvas, and select Create Sticky Note.

   The canvas displays a sticky note.

2. Fill in the top text box in the sticky note to name it. To rename it, edit the text box or right-click the sticky note and select Rename.

3. Type in the larger text box in the sticky note to leave a comment to yourself or your collaborators.

Adjust the sticky note for visibility

To make the sticky note easier to read:

• Right-click the sticky note, and select Frame selection to center the sticky note in the Graph window.
• Right-click the sticky note, and select Font size to increase the size of the text.
• Right-click the sticky note, and select Color to change the color of the sticky note.

Duplicate and delete sticky notes

To duplicate a sticky note, right-click the sticky note, and select Duplicate.

To delete a sticky note, right-click the sticky note, and select Delete.
