Whether PhysicsDebugWindow takes the PhysicsVisualizationSettings filtering settings into account when visualizing contacts.

If you set this property to true, the PhysicsDebugWindow takes PhysicsVisualizationSettings filtering settings into account when collecting contacts for visualization.

If you set this property to false, the PhysicsDebugWindow visualizes all contacts.
