Parameters

xMin The minimum X value of the RectInt.
yMin The minimum Y value of the RectInt.
width Width of the rectangle.
height Height of the rectangle.
position The position (x, y) of the rectangle.
size The width (x) and height (y) of the rectangle.

Creates a new RectInt.
