Parameters

timeStart The start time for the constant curve.
timeEnd The end time for the constant curve.
value The value for the constant curve.

Returns

AnimationCurve The constant curve created from the specified values.

Description

Creates a constant "curve" starting at timeStart, ending at timeEnd, and set to the value value.
