public void SetRayTracingBufferParam(Experimental.Rendering.RayTracingShader rayTracingShader, string name, ComputeBuffer buffer);
public void SetRayTracingBufferParam(Experimental.Rendering.RayTracingShader rayTracingShader, int nameID, ComputeBuffer buffer);

Parameters

rayTracingShader The RayTracingShader to set parameter for.
name The name of the constant buffer in shader code.
nameID The ID of the property name for the constant buffer in shader code. Use Shader.PropertyToID to get this ID.
buffer Buffer to set.

Description

Adds a command to set an input or output buffer parameter on a RayTracingShader.

The buffer specified as argument can be used only by the shaders defined inside the .raytrace file associated with the RayTracingShader. If the buffer needs to be visible in all ray tracing shader types (closesthit, anyhit, miss, etc.) then CommandBuffer.SetGlobalBuffer or Shader.SetGlobalBuffer must be used.
