The third graphics tier (High) - corresponds to shader define UNITY_HARDWARE_TIER3.
This tier is selected for:
* OpenGL or DirectX 11+ class hardware on desktops
* Metal on Macs
You can only set a GraphicsTier in the Built-in Render Pipeline.
