XRSettings.loadedDeviceName

Description

Type of XR device that is currently loaded.

Note: Rendering to the device may not be happening even though it is loaded. See XRSettings.enabled.

In order to change the currently loaded device or reload the current device, use XRSettings.LoadDeviceByName.
