    Select CVs by Curves Options

    Select CVs to isolate and edit specific parts of a curve. For example, select the tips of strands and leave the roots untouched.

    Find these options at Wig > Curves > Select > By CV.

    Settings

    Property Description
    Select CVs By Select one or multiple CVs by their position on the curve.
    Root Select the first CV at the base of the curve, closest to the root of a strand.
    Tip Select the last CV at the end of the curve, closest to the tip of a strand.
    Range Select multiple CVs within a custom range.
    Start % Set the starting point of the selection on the curve. The curve starts at 0 and ends at 100.
    End % Set the ending point of the selection on the curve. The curve starts at 0 and ends at 100.
    Randomize End Vary the end point of the selection while staying within the start and end range. Use this option to keep the selection's starting point uniform but randomize the end point by strand.
    Random Offset Vary the selection while staying within the start and end range. Higher values introduce more variation to the selection.
