    Resize curves from existing hairs

Occasionally, when using clump tools, the strands may not match the length or shape of the clump curves. To resize the curves based on the existing hairs, you can freeze the clump curve transforms and reset the strand lengths to match the clump curves.

To resize the curves based on existing hairs:

    1. Select the clump curve set that you want to freeze and reset.
    2. In the Wig menu, go to Clumps > Edit > Freeze Clump Curve Transforms. The transformations in the channel box for the clump set are reset to zero.
    3. From the same Edit menu, select Reset Strands Length to Clump Curve. The strands within the clump are now the same length as the clump curve.

The strands in this example extend past the clump curves and should be frozen to match the length of the clumps.
