Parameters

rayTracingShader RayTracingShader to set parameter for.
nameName of the variable in shader code.
nameIDProperty name ID. Use Shader.PropertyToID to get this ID.
valValue to set.

Description

Adds a command to set a matrix parameter on a RayTracingShader.

The matrix specified as argument can be used only by the shaders defined inside the .raytrace file associated with the RayTracingShader. If the matrix needs to be visible in all ray tracing shader passes (hit groups in DirectX Raytracing terminology) then CommandBuffer.SetGlobalMatrixArray or Shader.SetGlobalMatrixArray must be used.
