ここでは、Unity の以前のバージョンからアップグレードするときに、既存のプロジェクトに影響を与える可能性のある Unity 2017.1 の変更点を列挙します。

再ベイクを必要とするデータ形式の変更
既存の関数、パラメーター、コンポーネント値などの目的や挙動の変更
関数や機能の廃止 (代替は提案されます)
UnityWebRequestTexture.GetTexture() nonReadable parameter change
この便利な API には、nonReadable が逆に挙動する不具合がありました。つまり true に設定すると読み取り可能なテクスチャとなり、逆も同様です。これは修正され、パラメーターはドキュメントの説明のとおりに機能します。DownloadHandlerTexture を直接作成すると、影響を受けません。
パーティクルシステムの Stretched Billboard の Pivot パラメーターの変更
X 軸ピボットは Stretched Billboard で正確になりました。影響を受けるプロジェクトでピボットの再設定が必要な場合があります。
Y 軸のピボットも正確になりました。プロジェクトをアップグレードすると Unity はピボットを自動的に再設定します。
Shader macro UNITY_APPLY_DITHER_CROSSFADE change
The macro was used for implementing the screendoor dithering effect for LOD cross-fading objects in the fragment shader. Previously you would need to pass the entire fragment IN structure to it. Now you only need to pass the screen position vector to it.
Remember that since 2017.1 the new dithercrossfade
option is added for #pragma surface
directive which can automatically generate the dithering code.
