説明

The propagation phases of an event.

When an element receives an event, it is usually propagated along a path starting at the panel root element down to the target element. The event is first sent from the root element to the target parent element; this is the Capture phase. Next, it is sent to the target element; this is the AtTarget phase. Then comes the BubbleUp phase, where the event is sent from the target parent element up to the root element. Finally, the event is resent to the target element in the DefaultAction phase.
