Upgrade Terrain Tools from 5.0.1 to 5.1.0

No work is required to upgrade from Terrain Tools 5.0.1 to 5.1.0. However, if you author your own custom terrain tools, see the documentation in Create Custom Tools about overlays features, such as tool icons.
