Upgrading HDRP from 10.x / 2020.3 to 11.x / 2021.1

The High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP) version 11.x has no major features that work differently from 10.x. Therefore, you do not need to take any extra steps to upgrade your project between HDRP versions 10.x and 11.x.
