Sytem requirements

The Microsoft GDK Discovery package is intended for use in the Windows environement and provides the Windows Editor with the ability to discover Microsoft GDK SDK installations on the local machine.

Microsoft GDK

The package is intended to be used with the Microsoft Game Development Kit (GDK). For more information, refer to Game Development Kit (GDK) documentation.

Unity Editor requirements

This package has no dependencies on Unity Editor version but is recommended for use in Unity Editor versions 2021.3 and newer.

Install the Microsoft GDK Discovery package

To install the Microsoft GDK Discovery package (com.unity.microsoft.gdk.discovery), follow the instructions in the Package Manager documentation.
