Draws a foldout label that have correct text color when selected and/or focused.
This method uses the TreeView.DefaultStyles.foldoutLabel style that is different from the other label styles because it does not use left padding to ensure exact text placement after the foldout. This method uses the normal, focused, onNormal and onFocused GUIStyleStates of TreeView.DefaultStyles.foldoutLabel to ensure correct rendering of text above a selection colored background.
