Providing Support

As an Asset Store Publishers, you are required to provide support on all your published assets as stated in the Asset store provider agreement.

You will need to ensure that you have an e-mail address for users to contact you. This should be entered into the Info tab of your Publisher Administration account.

Support requests from users need to be handled professionally.
