public function AddBuildProperty(targetGuid: string, name: string, value: string): void;

public function AddBuildProperty(targetGuids: string[], name: string, value: string): void;

targetGuid	The GUID of the target as returned by [[TargetGuidByName()]].
name	The name of the build property.
value	The value of the build property.
targetGuids	An array of target GUIDs.

Adds a value to build property in all build configurations for the specified target(s).
