Parameters

bufferThe buffer to bind.
offsetOffset from the start of the ComputeBuffer in bytes.
sizeSize in bytes of the area to bind.
nameIDName of the constant buffer (use Shader.PropertyToID to generate).

Add a command to bind a global constant buffer.
